Has technology improved how we find our ancestors or has it become a hindrance? The modern family historian must stay on top of what the most useful technologies are for genealogy research as well as telling the family history and stories.

Learn the basics of using blogs in an inviting and easy-to-understand environment.Watch as the mystery of genealogy blogs is removed before your very eyes. You’ll learn what blogs are, as well as how to read blogs to find genealogy research leads. In addition, you’ll see how easy it is to create a blog in under five minutes! You’ll leave this session with a list of great genealogy blogs to read, tips on how to best use the information found in blogs, and you’ll wonder why you didn’t know about blogs sooner!.
