Got Ancestors?! Online Registration

Welcome to the Registration System for the Got Ancestors?! Seminar on 5 & 6 November 2010 at the Prince Conference Center at Calvin College.

The event is in 2 parts - Friday evening and Saturday. You may choose to register for just Friday, or just Saturday, or both Friday and Saturday at the same time for a small savings.

Each person attending the GotAncestors?! Seminar on Saturday should fill out a separate Registration Form, but you can use this form to order multiple tickets to the Friday Night "Michelle Obama's Roots" event.

If you are planning to attend Saturday:
    1. Use Part One of this form to register 1 person for the Seminar, and optionally for Friday evening.
    2. Use Part Two if you wish extra people to come with you only on Friday evening.

If you are planning to only attend Friday evening:

Part One – If you’re attending the Seminar on Saturday:
  Fee before 9 October 2010 = $49. After 8 October 2010 = $59 (Includes Saturday Deli Delight Lunch)

Fee before 9 October 2010 = $59. After 8 October 2010 = $69 (Includes Friday evening Light Dessert & Tea/Coffee AND Saturday Deli Delight Lunch)

Seminar attendees who are WMGS Members will receive a $10 voucher in their registration package. This voucher can be used at the WMGS Sales Table, or can be used toward your 2011 Membership. Membership is $20 per year for members living in the USA. If you're not already a WMGS Member, check Yes below to join WMGS as part of this registration. $20 will be added to your registration for 1 year of WMGS Membership.
